I believe this will be an acquisition target, if it isn't already. Deregulation will most likely include less oversight of monopolistic M&A. It would make sense to have an aligned strategy for the green economy, since government support is waning. Companies will need to streamline and become more efficient without government subsidies.

(CercleFinance.com) - ChargePoint and General Motors announce the installation of up to 500 ultra-fast charging stations in the United States by the end of 2025, under the GM Energy brand.
These charging stations, equipped with ChargePoint's Omni Port technology, will enable vehicles with CCS or NACS ports to be charged without an adapter, offering charging speeds of up to 500 kW via the Express Plus platform.
This collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles by facilitating access to reliable infrastructure and making the charging experience 'more accessible and convenient.

The US infrastructure firm announced it will cease Australian operations next month. In an email, ChargePoint told its customers it will "no longer maintain a presence in Australia" from 1 February 2024.
