Cato Corporation (NYSE: CATO) declared a regular quarterly dividend
of $0.17 per share. The
dividend will be payable on September 25,
2023 to shareholders of record on September 11, 2023.
The $0.17 dividend, or
$0.68 on an annualized
basis, represents an annualized yield of 8.8% at the closing
market price on August 24, 2023.
