Item 8.01
Other Events.

On February 25, 2008, the Board of Trustees of Maxus Realty Trust, Inc. (the “Registrant”) approved the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $.20 per share to the holders of record on March 6, 2008 of the Registrant’s $1.00 par value, common stock.  The Board anticipates that the dividend will be paid on or about March 21, 2008.
