On October 16, 2024, Entegris, Inc. announced that its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on November 20, 2024 to shareholders of record on the close of business on October 30, 2024. A copy of this news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

ENTEGRIS DECLARES QUARTERLY CASH DIVIDEND

BILLERICA, Mass., October 16, 2024 - Entegris, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTG), a leading supplier of advanced materials and process solutions for the semiconductor and other high-technology industries, today announced that its board of directors has authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share to be paid on November 20, 2024, to shareholders of record on the close of business on October 30, 2024.
