DELL Dell Inc. (MM)

Dell Inc. (DELL) is holding talks with at least two private equity firms to explore the possibility of taking the company private, Bloomberg News reported Monday, citing two people with knowledge of the matter.

The talks are preliminary and may not lead to a deal, Bloomberg reported.

After the initial report, CNBC reported that Dell said the company does not comment on rumor and speculation.
