Wonder if company asked for a review considering none of the three reasons to delist are applicable now …
“The Panel reached its decision because the Company is in violation of Listing Rules 5550(a)(2), 5550(b)(1), and 5635, the Bid Price, Shareholders’ Equity, and Shareholder Approval Rules, respectively. The Company has 15 days after the date it received notice of the Panel’s decision to request that the Nasdaq Listing and Hearing Review Council (the “Council”) review the decision, or the Council may, on its own motion, determine to review the Panel’s decision within 45 calendar days after the Company was notified of the decision.”

And the reasons for delisting were all resolved prior to delisting 🤷‍♂️ 

Someone in bed with naked shorts ?

Hopefully a return to Nasdaq is in the cards here or an up-list  to another exchange like NYSE American or going private etc…

Hil trying to pump the stock to avoid the second haircut. Not much substance though : 224% increase, but unknown baseline (impossible to find these "digital revenues" in Q3 report) was probably very small, so a triple on nothing is still nothing. If it were significant, I am sure Hil would have mentioned a ballpark figure. So it should be an interesting trading day

Well, the first haircut came as predicted. Waiting for the second ro come within 7 days of the actual RS (don't fall for it if it accidentally goes up Friday or next Monday, buying under 3 post RS should be possible by year's end. I will place my buy orders at 2.50 waiting for a technical rebound

The news of the year is that DBGI should be able to close 2024 at the same level as 2023, just a 1:50 haircut for the share price. Guess Hil will deserve a good bonus for this achievement... Next step is further dilution for repricing the warrants.

Of course, you don't expect the share price to go above 1 on its own merit, do you? Then we get the typical 30% haircut going with any reverse split and we keep sinking until someone competent is steering the ship. Even Black Friday can not lift the share price... ANF, GAP, UA, HBI, all up 4% while DBGI keeps falling or should I say failing
