Well, the first haircut came as predicted. Waiting for the second ro come within 7 days of the actual RS (don't fall for it if it accidentally goes up Friday or next Monday, buying under 3 post RS should be possible by year's end. I will place my buy orders at 2.50 waiting for a technical rebound

The news of the year is that DBGI should be able to close 2024 at the same level as 2023, just a 1:50 haircut for the share price. Guess Hil will deserve a good bonus for this achievement... Next step is further dilution for repricing the warrants.

Of course, you don't expect the share price to go above 1 on its own merit, do you? Then we get the typical 30% haircut going with any reverse split and we keep sinking until someone competent is steering the ship. Even Black Friday can not lift the share price... ANF, GAP, UA, HBI, all up 4% while DBGI keeps falling or should I say failing

The pumper is back. Yes, the whole thing is about the future but it has been materializing for the last 12 months, so what is another lie to lure investors? We had the new Sundry collection, delayed shipments, the opening of 50 brock and mortar stores based on FCF (have you looked at the CF statement??), then the focus on balance sheet cleanup. Now we have a new obscure partnership supposed to jump start revenues, then the promise of interest reduction (the Q2 debt retirement should have had an impact on Q3 but I guessed wrong), the issuance of 30 million shares near an all time low (before today or next week). Inept management, unable to tackle the multiple aspects of running a business, like finance and sales simultaneously. Looking forward to the next lies and phony excuses

Digital Brands Group Inc (NASDAQ:DBGI) has partnered with Intercommerce, resulting in a 34% increase in daily digital revenues and a 7% increase in average order volume.

The company plans to launch several growth initiatives, including selling on platforms like Amazon and TikTok, and launching influencer campaigns.

It is completely irrelevant to what is happening now, especially with Vayner and other initiatives the company mentioned on the call today (link below)

Pathetic, as expected. Blaming the November election for Q3 results (Jul-Sep) is really a lame and funny excuse. As usual, it will get better in the future... I have to go back and find FY 2024 revenues forecast. I think I remember 21 millions, it will be a miracle if we even reach half of that. The store on Dallas is not even on the radar screen, but I guess it generated no revenues, based on newest numbers. Still can't seem to work on two fronts (balance sheet and growing sales) simultaneously. Guess the stress level in not high. EPS better just because of the explosion of the OS. We dive below a dime tomorrow, already at 0.10/0.1038 AH. Incompetent as ever

Yes, pretty sure the underwriters of the 30 million shares au 0.10 bailed out testerday, for a gain north of 50% in less than a month. Dropping further into the close does not look good for earnings to be announced in one hour. Some rumors must be spreading

Yes, the usual bothering pattern : throw a bone for revenues in the future, while current revenues are probably trailing the guidance (was it 23 millions in a yearly basis, I forgot, we had so many smoke screens put in front of our eyes). What is the Sundry ramp up (the summer collection was supposed to be a hot), what is the traffic in the Dallas store, how is the new brand start up looking like, what is the free cash flow projections going forward. 37% revenue increase on nothing is good (what is the starting point anyway) but not much will hit the bottom line in Q3. How much interest was actually saved by cleaning up the balance sheet... lots of questions remain before the markets can make their mind on that one, hence the 13s in premarket, almost where we started yesterday
