With the new issuance of shares to pay off debt,something is in the works.These types of moves usually indicate a sale in the future.They clean-up their finances to be bought.I wouldn't be surprised to hear an announcement in the coming days.Good luck and good trading.

Got a deal with AstraZeneca and we are sitting at 9 cents.Makes no sense to me.This company has plenty in the pipeline and the big boys know it.I do think it should be trading between 1.50 and 2.50,this 9 cent thing is ridiculous.Good luck and good trading.

So they have till Feb to either get another extension or do a RS to stay at the minimum bid price, got some of the .11 early this morning when an alert went out... see how it plays out... they should have some follow up news from the last two or three PR, maybe next week.. not looking to make home out of this one, but hopefully some nice profit if it can break the resistance point of .20 Thanks for the reply and have yourself a good weekend

I.e., if the CDT PR had been INVERTED --- in that AztraZeneca had contracted with CDT to continue work on CDT's drugs --- then the CDT stock itself surely would have soared to another GALAXY!!!)
