Just read a filing from today. They are going to do another R/S within 2 months. They should just get off the Nasdaq and go The OTC. Some companies never learn in time . They don't care about shareholders. They really have no business being on the Nasdaq. JMO

$AGRI - Thanks everyone, this Stock will be down for years. I still hold some shares but not worth to speek. The management was somewhat irreal with perspectives and outlooks. Financial problems, credits lastings aso. It was a wrong invest. They will need a couple years .....
