The goals of the ROC are to increase soil organic matter over time, improve animal welfare, provide economic stability and fairness, and create resilient regional ecosystems and communities. ROC utilizes the USDA National Organic Program as the core of its program. NSF International facilitated the public comments process in 2017 as ROA developed the program.

Eight years ago I got caught in an SEC Suspension. I decided to learn from my costly mistake by spending hundreds of hours studying SEC Suspensions and then sharing my learned knowledge by compiling an SEC Suspensions list for all I-Hubbers to study and learn on how to avoid getting caught in an SEC Suspension.

Evidently the list did not help some ORGC shareholders from getting caught in an SEC Suspension of the stock.

Well, the SEC Suspension certainly does not protect current shareholders who should NOT have bought ORGC in the first place, but SEC Suspensions are ALWAYS to protect anyone else from buying a severely delinquent SEC Registered stock.

For nearly 8 years posting SEC Suspensions for severely delinquent SEC Registered filers it is always the same 'blame the SEC' schtick. If shareholders of a stock conducted proper due diligence it would take a New York minute to discover if an SEC Registered stock is current or delinquent in their filing OBLIGATIONS.

Shareholders of ORGC should never have become or remained a shareholder in the first place as soon as ORGC became delinquent one full year. To still own ORGC knowing, or SHOULD HAVE KNOWN, that ORGC was delinquent 4 years is 100% all shareholders' faults.

The OBLIGATION of all shareholders or potential shareholders is to search the SEC EDGAR site to ascertain if a stock is registered with the SEC and to importantly ascertain if that company is current in their filing OBLIGATIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Around September 2014 all shareholders and potential shareholders should have avoided ORGC because the stock was one full year delinquent in their filing OBLIGATIONS. By September 2015 all shareholders and potential shareholders should have realized the significant risks of owning a 2 year delinquent SEC Registered filer. By September 2016 all shareholders should have known that ORGC was at extreme risk of an SEC Suspension for delinquent Financials. By September 2017 when the SEC finally suspends ORGC it is BLAME THE SEC.

This does not serve to protect investors. Instead it gives free money to any market makers who held open short interest on these securities by taking the money from those like me who held a position. Its a sham what the SEC does to these shells, meanwhile real scams like DRYS and GBSN continually reverse split and rob investor blind while the SEC allows them to continue. I just had $800 erased because the SEC decided after 4 years it was time to "protect" investors and suspend ORGC. This is not protecting, this is targeted robbery of retail trades.

The first due diligence everyone should do is to access the SEC's EDGAR site to determine if the stock is registered with the SEC, and if so to determine if the stock is delinquent in their filing obligations.

ORGC is severely delinquent in their filing obligations. This is NOT the SEC's fault.
