It NOW looks like the DOW and Nasdaq has reached a top in mid-December and this is part of the 3-month correction The overreach by SPX is not yet confirmed by those other two. This would make sense IF my original assumptions were correct. I don't see a drama tic drop since the street has not placed

I have already said I think it’s a great rule. I have always wondered why a long position of over 5% of a company’s stock has to be reported by the holder but a short position of 5% does not.
