Following the admission to trading on AIM of the new ordinary shares of 2 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") resulting from the subscription announced on 11 October 2023, the percentage of Ordinary Shares held by significant shareholders have changed. In addition, the Company has been notified in a small increase in the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Constantine Logothetis has an interest, compared to the announcement made on 5 October 2023.
