                                  Board Change

Stream Group plc ("Stream") announces that Patrick Joseph Francis Greene, aged
42, has been appointed by the Board of Directors as Group Finance Director,
effective today.

Pat Greene, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland,
having qualified in 1987.

He spent two years with Price Waterhouse in the Cayman Islands auditing banks,
insurance companies and high net worth clients. Moving to the UK in 1990, Greene
spent almost ten years with Aon, the insurance broker, where he had extensive
involvement in its acquisition programme and the integration of acquired
companies. He then moved on to be Group Financial Controller of Keller Group
plc, the ground-engineering specialist, where he was responsible for systems and
reporting enhancements, internal control and working capital management.

Greene complements the experience of the management team with his acquisitions
experience, systems knowledge and commitment to sound financial control.
