They want the price of the stock to be over $1 for certain before attempting a secondary public offering no doubt....

They keep talking about uplifting the ticker eventually probably related to that. Or it could be that they want to issue shares.

Why would they do a revers split when the os is just over 2 million?

Was looking at that too (http://www.as-capital.com/news/), but CEO is not the one listed at NVSOS. However, it could be that Chris Lotito facilitated the merger. In that case we should see an amendment on NVSOS soon. But interesting to watch what happens here.
