General Patent Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Bausch & Lomb Surgical for Scieran Technologies SUFFERN, N.Y., Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- General Patent Corporation of Suffern, NY, has announced today that it has filed a patent infringement lawsuit, on behalf of Scieran Technologies, Inc. of San Juan Capistrano, CA (Scieran), against Bausch & Lomb Surgical, Inc. of San Dimas, CA (Bausch & Lomb).
