The Company was today notified that on 24 April 2008 Pennygold Trading Supplies 
('Pennygold') disposed of 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each ('Ordinary 
Shares') in the Company. Following the disposal Pennygold has an interest in 
8,544,373 Ordinary Shares representing 4.96 per cent. of the Company's share 
capital.
