                            ("Zest" or the "Company") 
 
                                 Equity Placing 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that it has placed 420 million new ordinary 
shares of 0.01 pence each at a price of 0.15 pence ("Placing Shares") with new 
and existing shareholders ("the Placing"). 
The Placing proceeds of GBP630,000 will provide the Company with additional 
working capital to service its activities. 
Application will be made for the Placing Shares, which will rank pari passu with 
the existing ordinary shares, to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to 
commence on or around 7 October 2010. 
Upon admission of these new ordinary shares, the Company will have 893,619,050 
ordinary shares in issue and a total number of 893,619,050 voting rights.
