Shares") are as follows:

Bill Conn 51,201 (0.47%)
Andy Wonnacott 20,000 (0.18%)
Andy Wonnacott has an interest in options over a total of 95,900 new Ordinary Shares. Further
details are as follows:
* 46,100 options exerciseable at 160p between 7 March
2008 and 6 March 2015
* 19,800 options exerciseable at 100p between 17
January 2009 and 16 January 2016
* 30,000 options exerciseable at 100p between 27 July
2009 and 26 July 2016
