Sale of Plaza 27



The Westbury Property Fund announces that it has today exchanged contracts on
the disposal of two multi-let offices Units A and B Plaza 27, Gelderd Road,
Leeds for an aggregate cash consideration of £2.725m.  The disposal price is in
excess of the price paid for the asset (£2.45m) and in excess of the most recent
Knight Frank valuation (£2.6m) as at 30th June, 2002.  The transaction will
complete at the end of August and proceeds from the sale, net of costs, will be
applied towards financing further acquisitions currently under consideration by
the Westbury Property Fund.
