                            Director's Shareholding



Further to the announcement earlier today, Mr R Moore, a Director of the
Company, has today exercised his remaining share options that were granted on 27
June 2003 over 19,732 Ordinary shares of 5p in the Company at an option price of
367.5p.



Mr Moore subsequently sold 19,732 shares today at 690p. Following the exercise
and sale, Mr Moore retains a holding in 25,294 Ordinary shares of 5p in the
Company, representing 0.047 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.



Mr Moore's other interests in the shares of the Company are unchanged.
