                    WARNER ESTATE APPOINTS BOARD DIRECTOR


Warner Estate Holdings PLC ("Warner Estate"), the property investment company,
is pleased to announce the appointment today, Friday 11th February 2005, of
Michael Stevens to its Board as Operations Director. Michael (41) has been
Associate Director at Warner Estate for the past two years.


Paul Hodgson is promoted to Chief Asset Manager, where he will be responsible
for The Agora and Skipper Funds which have a combined total value of #574
million.


Philip Warner, Chairman of Warner Estate comments, "We are delighted to welcome
Mike Stevens to the Board with his wealth of property knowledge and experience.
Property under management at Warner Estate has increased from #600m to #1.12bn
over the last two years and these appointments recognise the changes needed for
our continued growth. Mike will be responsible for managing the day-to-day
property operations of the Company reporting to Richard Moore, Property
Director, who will concentrate on the strategy of expanding the Funds and on the
partnership with Bride Hall."


Warner Estate can advise that Michael Stevens is not, nor has been in the last
five years, a director of any other publicly quoted company and there are no
further details relating to the appointment which it is obliged to disclose
under paragraph 6.F.2 (b-g) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
