NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTORS INTEREST IN SHARES

The Company today announces that on Wednesday 27 March 2002, Trevor Bish-Jones, 
Chief Executive, and Christopher Rogers, Finance Director, acquired Ordinary 
Shares or 12.5p each following the announcement of the Group's preliminary 
results 2002, as follows

Trevor Bish-Jones: 416,666 Ordinary Shares at a price of 44 pence per share

Christopher Rogers: 303,030 Ordinary Shares at a price of 44 pence per share

These transactions were formally disclosed to the Company on 28 March 2002.
