Westhouse Holdings plc (AIM:WHL), the corporate and institutional stockbroking group, has been notified of the following significant shareholdings in the Company. These changes follow the placing of ordinary shares, at a price of 40p per share ("Placing"), announced on 1 February 2012. The new ordinary shares issued under the Placing were admitted to trading on AIM on 6 February 2012.
