Result of General Meeting

Warpaint London PLC (AIM: W7L), the specialist supplier of colour cosmetics and owner of the W7 brand, announces that, further to the Company's announcements of 13 November 2017 in connection with the proposed acquisition of Retra Holdings Limited (the "Acquisition") and a placing of 11,157,894 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 190p per share, all resolutions put to shareholders at the general meeting held by the Company earlier today were duly passed unanimously.

Application has been made for admission of 12,210,525 new ordinary shares in the Company, including 1,052,631 Consideration Shares, to trading on AIM, which is expected on 30 November 2017. Consequently, the Acquisition is expected to complete on 30 November 2017.
