                                 Increase in Interests

Further to the announcement on 23 November 2007 regarding  the issue of shares
to increase the Company's interest in Tarquin Resources plc, we wish to advise
that Investika Ltd has issued a further 21,834 shares  to increase its interest
in Tarquin Resources plc by 0.8% to 88.3%.


The new shares will represent 0.1% of the Company's enlarged share capital of
19,373,530.


As a result of this transaction, the Company has increased its interest in its
Chilean Copper project to 94%


Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 7 April 2008
