Change of Name

The Board of Directors is pleased to announce that, following approval by shareholders at the AGM on 19 July 2023, the Company has changed its name to Triple Point Venture VCT Plc . The new name will be reflected by the London Stock Exchange and the Company's London Stock Exchange market ticker will become TPV (formerly TPON) with effect from 8.00am on 21 July 2023. The Company's ISIN and SEDOL remain unchanged.

The change of name will not affect any rights of shareholders and existing share certificates should be retained as they will remain valid and no new share certificates will be issued.
