("Top Creation" or the "Company")

Update on Investment Exit

Further to the announcements on 26 February 2014, 2 June 2014, 30 July 2014 and 3 September 2014, the Company would like to update the market on the disposal of its investment in Lot 129, Negeri Melaka (the "Disposal").

Sanichi Technology Berhad (the "Purchaser"), has announced the result of the rights issue, to raise the remaining funds to complete the purchase of Lot 129. The rights issue was over-subscribed by 40.38% and the shares and warrants are expected to be admitted to trading on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 1 October 2014. Once the rights issue has been completed, the Purchaser will be in a position to make the payment of the purchase price, being the final outstanding condition. The Company therefore expects the Disposal to complete within a couple of weeks.
