Trading statement

As a result of good trading to date in the second half of the financial year, assisted by a small number of particularly large contract wins, THB now expects underlying profit before amortisation and impairment of goodwill for the year ended 31 October 2011 to be above management expectations.

Frank Murphy, Group CEO, commented: "While there is still a lot that remains to be achieved in 2011, we are pleased to report these wins. THB staff continue to perform well in tough economic conditions and insurance markets that stubbornly refuse to harden in spite of exceptional catastrophe activity."
