Completion of partial compulsory redemption and total voting rights

Pursuant to the Company's compulsory partial redemption of its Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") announced on 25 January 2019, 9,958,027 Shares representing 90% of Shares in issue, have been redeemed and cancelled today, 1 February 2019 and, accordingly, 1,106,450 Shares remain in issue. The remaining Shares which have not been redeemed now trade under the new ISIN - IM00BFMXG143.

Payments of redemption monies will be effected either through CREST (in the case of Shares held in uncertificated form) or by cheque (in the case of Shares held in certificated form) on or around 7 February 2019.

The above figure (1,106,450) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
