Tate & Lyle PLC (the 'Company')
announces that a grant of awards over the ordinary shares of 29 1/6
pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') was made on 18
November 2024 under the Tate & Lyle Performance Share Plan 2020
('PSP') to Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
as detailed in the table below:
