Posting of Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

Tasty (AIM: TAST), the owner and operator of restaurants in the casual dining sector, announces that the report and accounts for the 52 week period ended 26 December 2021 and notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held at 32 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 2NQ on 11 May 2022 at 10.30 a.m. have been posted to shareholders.

The 2021 report and accounts and notice of AGM are also available from the Company's website, https://dimt.co.uk/investor-relations/.

The Resolutions at the AGM include a resolution to authorise the directors for the purposes of Section 694 of the Companies Act 2006 to make an off-market purchase (as defined in Section 693(2) of the Companies Act 2006) of its deferred shares of GBP0.099 each in accordance with the terms of the Company's Articles of Association. A copy of the share buyback agreement will made available to shareholders for inspection at the Company's registered office at least 15 days prior to the AGM and at the AGM itself.
