Notice of AGM

Shearwater Group plc (AIM: SWG), the cybersecurity, advisory and managed security services group, announces that the Company's 2022 annual general meeting ("2022 AGM") is to be held at 11.00 a.m. on Tuesday 20 September 2022 at the offices of Mayer Brown International LLP, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AF.

Copies of the notice convening the annual general meeting, which was sent to shareholders on Thursday 25 August 2022 together with the Company's 2022 Annual Report and Accounts, are available at the Company's website at www.shearwatergroup.com .
