StepStone ASA - Delisting from Oslo Børs 
 
 
17 December 2009, Oslo - Following the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14 
December 2009 in Oslo, The Board (the "Board") of StepStone ASA ("StepStone" or 
"the Company") confirms that its shares will cease to be listed on the Oslo Børs 
from today, 17 December 2009. This follows the acquisition of all outstanding 
StepStone shares by Axel Springer AG. 
 
 
The Company also announces that it has applied to the UK Listing Authority 
("UKLA") to cancel the secondary listing of the Depository Interests over 
ordinary shares of the Company from the Official List of the UKLA and to request 
that trading in those securities on the London Stock Exchange be cancelled. 
 
 
It is anticipated that this cancellation will take effect as of the end of 
trading on Thursday 15 January 2010.
