Further to the announcement made on
18 December 2023, Spirax Group plc confirms that Louisa Burdett
will commence her role as Chief Financial Officer on 8 July
2024.

Officer, commented: "I very much look forward to working with
Louisa as we prepare for the opportunities we see ahead. I
would also like to thank Phil Scott for his excellent stewardship
as Interim Chief Financial Officer. Phil will complete an
orderly handover to Louisa after our Half Year Results in August
before taking up his new role as Finance Director for our
Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions Business."
