Yes, clearly there was no meeting of the minds between Kidren and Freeman. Seems like Kidren was trying to finesse or leverage Freeman into the deal, with the "inaccurate" press release announcing the partnership.

Lets hope he can do better on this deal.

I think that their next report will be the Annual Report- 10K, they get an extra month so it should be out about the first week in March.
