PDMR Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Sigma, the Private Rental Sector ("PRS"), residential
development and urban regeneration specialist, announces that
119,500 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the
Company ("New Ordinary Shares") were issued on 26 July 2021 as a
result of the exercise of share options under the Company's
unapproved share option scheme at an exercise price of 7.5p per
share by Duncan Sutherland, Public Affairs Director and a PDMR of
the Company.
Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares, which
rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing
Ordinary Shares, to be admitted to trading on AIM which is expected
to occur on 30 July 2021.
Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the Company's
total issued share capital will consist of 89,778,166 Ordinary
Shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold
any Ordinary Shares in Treasury. Therefore, following the issue of
the New Ordinary Shares, the total number of voting rights in the
Company will be 89,778,166 . This figure may be used by
shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they
will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or
a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
