    Cancellation of trading on AIM approved by shareholders

    The Board of SGL Vietnam Development Limited (AIM: SGLV) announces that at the General Meeting held today all resolutions proposed were
duly passed, including the proposal for the Company's admission to trading on AIM to be cancelled. 

    Following this approval, trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will be cancelled from 8.00 a.m. on 23 December 2008. 

    On the cancellation of Admission, Collins Stewart will cease to be nominated adviser and broker to the Company.
