The supplementary offering memorandum dated 26 June 2024 (the "Supplementary Offering Memorandum") relating to the offering memorandum of ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited ("ANZ Bank NZ") and ANZ New Zealand (Int'l) Limited ("ANZNIL") dated May 29, 2024 (the "Offering Memorandum") prepared in connection with the US$10,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme, Series A established by ANZNIL (as Issuer) and ANZ Bank NZ (as Issuer and Guarantor of Notes issued by ANZNIL).
