Directors' Shareholdings

Supercart (AIM:SC.), the UK company involved in the design, marketing and distribution of plastic shopping trolleys, announces that Mr Mike Castledine-Wolfe, Chief Executive, has today informed the Company that he acquired 200,000 Supercart ordinary shares in the Company on 21 November 2011 through the M Castledine-Wolfe SIPP in which he is beneficially interested.

Mr Castledine-Wolfe purchased 70,000 at price of 1.7p per share, 80,000 shares at 1.8p per share and 50,000 shares at 1.85p per share.

Following this purchase, Mr. Castledine-Wolfe has a beneficial interest in 9,668,928 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.51 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company.
