Results of Annual Meeting 
 
 
ReSearch Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. ("RPS" or the "Company"), a leading 
provider of integrated clinical development outsourcing solutions to the 
bio-pharmaceutical industry, is pleased to announce the results of its Annual 
Meeting of Stockholders held at its corporate headquarters yesterday, Wednesday 
May 27, 2009. 
 
 
The Board is pleased to announce that all resolutions relating to the common 
stock were approved by stockholders at the Annual Meeting. 
 
 
Resolution 1, electing three Class II directors to our Board, passed.  Jack 
Dean, Warren Myers and Daniel Raynor were elected to the board unanimously and 
are due for re-election at our annual meeting in 2012. 
 
 
Resolution 2 passed, ratifying the appointment of Ernst & Young, LLP as the 
independent auditors for RPS for the 2009 fiscal year. 
 
 
Full details of the resolutions were set out in the Notice of Annual Meeting, 
which was sent to stockholders on or about April 30, 2009 and are available on 
the Company's website, www.rpsweb.com.  Resolutions 1 and 2 were ordinary 
resolutions, requiring more than 50% of stockholders' votes to be cast for the 
resolutions.
