Qihang Equipment Company Limited ("Qihang" or "Company") has been notified that Mark Chapman, non-executive chairman of Qihang, yesterday acquired 50,000 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company at a price of 9 pence per share. The shares acquired are to be held in Mr Chapman's SIPP and following the purchase he is now interested in 117,632 ordinary shares in Qihang, representing 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
