Admission of New Ordinary Shares and Total Voting Rights

Further to the announcement released by the Company (EPIC: MMP) on 10 June 2011, the Company confirms that pursuant to the offer for Praesepe plc (the "Offer") being declared wholly unconditional in all respects, in respect of valid acceptances received after 4.30 p.m. on 17 June 2011 and before 4.30 p.m. on 24 June 2011, 12,471,222 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") have been allotted and are expected to be admitted to listing on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority ("Admission") and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities on 1 July 2011. Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 1 July 2011.

In accordance with the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, MMP confirms that following Admission on 1 July 2011, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 43,257,347 Ordinary Shares with voting rights. The Company holds no shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 43,257,347. The figure of 43,257,347 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
