Panther Securities PLC announces that on 17 November 2022 the Company purchased 6,540 of its own ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 280 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares.

Total Voting Rights

Following this transaction, the total number of Ordinary Shares held as treasury shares by the Company is 180,000 Ordinary Shares.
