                                 TRADING UPDATE


The Board of Plasmon is pleased to announce the receipt of �10 million following
the successful completion of the Placing of 100,000,000 shares.  The Group's
results for the year ended 31 March 2008 are broadly in line with the Board's
expectations, reflecting a sales mix of declining legacy products and growth in
archive solutions.  Execution of the new growth strategy, announced in early
February, is progressing ahead of schedule and underpins the Board's confidence
in the prospects for significant sales growth in 2008/09.
