Further update in relation to
£1.275 million subscription
Pathfinder Minerals PLC (AIM:PFP),
an AIM Rule 15 cash shell, announces that further to the Company's
notification on 4 April 2024, on 10 May 2024 the Company received
£30,000.00 from the Subscriber.
The Company remains in regular
dialogue with the Subscriber to settle the outstanding balance of
their participation in the Subscription, being £30,000.00. There
can be no guarantee that the outstanding balance of £30,000.00 will
be settled by the Subscriber.
Unless otherwise defined herein, the capitalised defined terms
used in this announcement have the same meaning as those used in
the Company's announcement on 4 April 2024.
