dealing took place:

On 11 December 2013, Kevin Boyd acquired ordinary shares of 5p each in the
Company upon the exercise of approved options granted under the Oxford
Instruments 2001 Executive Share Option Scheme "ESOS". All shares acquired in
this way were retained by the director.
