Payment of dividend

Notice is hereby given to shareholders that the General Meeting of Shareholders
on April 14, 2005 in Lausanne, Switzerland, will vote on the following:



The dividend for the business year 2004 will be paid as from April 20 2005



Gross CHF 8. - per share less Swiss federal withholding tax of 35%.



All dividends will be paid by bank transfer to the shareholder's account or by
cheque, in accordance with the  instructions received from the shareholders.
