                              Directorate Changes

Pursuant to the acquisition of the Company by Networkers International plc
("Networkers"), at a Board meeting yesterday Paul Davies, Andrew Zielinski, Ian
Ketchin, Robert Gunlack and Sarah Anderson resigned as directors of the Company
and Ian Ketchin resigned as Company Secretary.  Spencer Manuel and Jon Plassard,
who are both directors of Networkers, were appointed as executive directors of
the Company and Jon Plassard as Company Secretary.
