                           Posting of scheme document


Further to the announcement of 4 August 2006 regarding the recommended proposals
for the acquisition of the Company by Keyman Personnel Limited, the Company
confirms that the circular containing, amongst other things, the terms of the
scheme of arrangement and an explanatory statement (pursuant to section 426 of
the Companies Act 1985) to MSB shareholders (the "Scheme Document") is being
posted to MSB shareholders today, and for information only, to MSB
optionholders.

The court and shareholder meetings to approve the Scheme of Arrangement are
scheduled to be held on 13 September 2006.

Copies of the Scheme Document will be available for inspection during normal
business hours on any weekday (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays excepted)
up to and including the Effective Date (Friday 6 October 2006) at the registered
office of each of the Company (Hanover Place, 8 Ravensbourne Road, Bromley, Kent
BR1 1HP) and of Collins Stewart (9th Floor, 88 Wood Street, London EC2V 7QR) and
also at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing Facility (situated at: The
Financial Services Authority, 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14
5HS).
