CHANGE OF ALLOTMENT DATE

On 5 October 2022 Mobeus Income & Growth VCT plc ("the Company"), Mobeus Income & Growth 2 VCT plc, Mobeus Income & Growth 4 VCT plc and The Income & Growth VCT plc announced the launch of new offers for subscription (together the "Offers" and each an "Offer"). The Company's Offer sought to raise up to GBP14 million ("Initial Amount"), with an over-allotment facility to raise up to a further GBP8 million ("Over-Allotment Facility") contained in a prospectus ("Prospectus"). The Company's Offer became fully subscribed on 5 December 2022.

The Board wish to advise that it has decided to delay the proposed date of the final allotment of shares on 16 January 2023, as set out in the Prospectus. The reason for the delay is to allow an unaudited Net Asset Value ("NAV") of the Company as at 31 December 2022 to be determined and agreed by the Board and an announcement released to the London Stock Exchange. This is to ensure that the allotment price is based upon the most recent information available.

The anticipated revised date of the final allotment will be during or following the week commencing 6 February 2023.
